This usually entails a project plan (first draft), which may include resources and components required, primary tasks, checkpoints and estimated time lines.
- Step 2. Resource assignment
Once we have finalized a project plan and have identified the resources needed to work on your project, we will assign each task to a resource.
- Step 3. Break Ground and collaborate
The project is on its way in this step, and we will keep you involved, through our periodic checkpoints and status reports. Each checkpoint provides the opportunity for you to meet with our project team and discuss the project at which time you may choose to discontinue/hold/continue the project.
